This is a luxurious project that is planned to comprise 116 villas in 15 buildings along the “Dye Fore” golf course at the Dominican Republic’s Casa de Campo resort. The project includes 200 car spaces with 116 golf cart spaces. This is a 3 and 4 story buildings designed by architect Francisco Feaugas, together with general contractor Mobiliaria Arena Gorda. The project will include two bedroom, three bedroom flat apartament units and one, two and three bedroom lofts, ranging from 1,500 sf to 3,500 sf, and it will be completed in 2006.
